The Programme

The incumbent will be part of the digital transformation of Allianz Insurance Singapore and support the team to delivery key strategic initiative for the year:

  • Supporting Incident Management.  
  • Managing user roles access. 
  • Handling the documentation. 
  • Exploring opportunities for process automation.  

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and swiftly respond to incident tickets and alerts, ensuring rapid resolution. 
  • Assist in documenting and categorizing incidents with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Assist in analyzing incident trends to proactively identify and address recurring issues.  
  • Collaborate closely with team members and vendors to ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within timelines. 
  • Work with Vendors and understand the solutions proposed then convey the same to the business for acceptance.  
  • Align incident and service request UAT with business users.  
  • Participate or organize meetings with business users to analyze the root causes and propose a workaround if a solution is not readily available.  
  • Support user roles management activities, ensuring access permissions align with organizational policies.  
  • Conduct periodic user access reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and access controls. 
  • Identify opportunities for automation within incident management and user access review processes.  
  • Develop proof-of-concept solutions or recommendations for automation to improve efficiency.  
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on automation initiatives and outcomes. 
  • Contribute to refining incident management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.   

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Undergraduate with Bachelors in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Attention to detail and patience when dealing with various queries. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. 
  • Proficient in documentation and reporting. 
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, incident management process and principles. 
  • Hands on experience on tools like SNOW, Jira, Confluence, and Insurance software.  
  • Prior exposure to incident management, or Insurance business process is advantageous.
