What You Will Do

  • Drive Voice of the Customer activities, working with the Regional Customer Experience Lead. 
  • This role is responsible for bringing the customer’s voice into the organization and supporting a continuous cycle of understanding the customer perspective, ensuring insights are translated into action (supporting countries to ensure that appropriate actions are taken as a result of customer feedback), and measurement of impact. 
  • Analysis of customer data (quantitative & qualitative) to extract insights – including, but not limited to, NPS surveys. 
  • Administrative management of NPS survey program within the relevant IT systems and ensuring actions are followed up on. 
  • Track VoC performance against defined KPI’s. 
  • Collaboration with the markets in Asia Pacific to discuss insights and drive action. 
  • Preparation of a bi-annual Voice of Customer report summarizing insights, actions and recommendations for H1 2024; this role should lead the process, working collaboratively with the markets in Asia Pacific. 
  • Alignments with the Global Customer Experience lead. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in data analytics / business or other related field. 
  • Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint skills.
  • General IT literacy to quickly learn how to use systems such as MS Teams, Salesforce and Medallia.
  • Communication skills – particularly strong written (presentation decks) and verbal desirable.
  • Analytical skills – quantitative (including statistical analyses) and qualitative.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Learning mindset.
