Intern - Business - Global Sales

What You Will Do

• Generate Proximity & Production reports to prepare for business case for unsolicited bids for RFP Program.
• Support the team in daily monitoring of RFP Negotiations in Lanyon.

Provide support in RFP Analytics:

• Consolidated office locations and city volume data for all RFPs in the various RFP platforms.
• Download files and save them for the DA team to process.
• In-depth research on new accounts and trending industries to facilitate BD work by GS managers.
• Consolidate feedback and response from clusters for various programs and its admin tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Diploma in Hospitality, Business or any related to Sales and Marketing disciplines.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Able to multi-task and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds / nationalities.
• An individual who is keen to learn, detail-oriented and meticulous.
