Job Purpose

We are looking for interns to support the Haleon business to support customize projects, promotions and digital commerce with different retailers. The intern will be partnering with internal stakeholders such as Trade Marketing, Brand, Sales, eCommerce, RA and external partners like agencies to support the prospecting and execution of plans.

Key Responsibilities

Project Maxima: Haleon will partner with its key customers in pharmacy channel in unparalleled partnership focusing on building an ecosystem to serve the omni-channel shoppers in Singapore. All participating categories of Wellness, Oral Care, and Multivitamins. The internship activities shall include:

You will be required to:

  • Creating Category Solution
    • Win in Homeshelf
  • Pharmacist Engagement
    • Providing local relevant topics to educate shoppers
  • Accelerate On-Line +Off-Line Solution
    • Via contextual retargeting banners directed to retailer’s platform
  • Leverage Opportunity with Retailer’s Membership
    • Via CRM and social media Push
  • Leverage Opportunity with Retailer’s Membership
    • Via CRM and social media Push
    • CRM Data Insights from retailer

You will be required to support and assist Trade Marketing Manager and Executives in the activities in relation to a strategic planned project as mentioned above

Learning Outcomes

  • Large scale customer activation that will be a game changer in Haleon Singapore
  • Materializing implementation of business strategies on paper into a real competitive market by being part of content and communications development in materials and activities.
  • Develop business acumen skill sets through understanding the strategies applied in a competitive environment.
  • Stakeholder Management - Opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organization including sales, trade marketing and medical, and external stakeholders such as vendors etc.
  • Business management Skills – Gain understanding on how to market a product in an ethical environment.
  • Project Management Skills – Coordination and facilitation of different crucial elements of a business plan execution.
