Over the course of two years, you’ll get to:

  • Explore your leadership ambitions, with broad exposure to a variety of teams and customer segments
  • Experience work on the frontline of our business, serving customers both in-person, as well as on the phone and via our digital channels
  • Work with Head Office teams, such as the Chief Operating Office, Digital Transformation and Strategy, identifying systems and process improvements, or supporting, managing and delivering projects
  • Spend time with our Product or Data and Analytics teams identifying ways to improve our products and propositions
  • Choose where you want to work during your final rotation, which could then lead to a permanent role that matches your career aspirations

What You’ll Learn

We’ll help you develop the technical skills most relevant to your role. We’ll also provide plenty of opportunities to advance your non-technical skills, like relationship management and collaboration, that will help you move your career forward successfully.

During your time on the programme, you’ll:

  • Benefit from a mix of on-the-job learning and courses offered through LinkedIn Learning, Fit for Banking modules and development pathways on Degreed
  • Have plenty of other opportunities to develop your skills, and people to support you along the way, ensuring that you're well prepared for the future

Requirements

  • Available to work full time from July 2025 onwards
  • Obtained, or expected to achieve, a GPA of at least 4.0 / 5.0 or 3.2 / 4.0 (as appears on your official University Transcript or Degree Certificate), or overseas equivalent to this
  • Fluent in English
