What You Will Do

The intern will be responsible in the following:

  • Perform research required for reporting purposes and prepare presentations as required. 
  • Propose and share ideas on ESG-related concerns or plausible outreach based on community feedback. 
  • Coordinate required information for reporting purposes.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Better appreciation of the portfolio management processes/function in a real estate asset manager. 
  • Hone communication and presentation skills.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, quickly and with fresh ideas. 
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, use of Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Open mindset with at least some interest in sustainability / ESG-related topics.
