Regional Merchandising Intern

The Programme

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join the Merchandising team and support in the High-End category.

What You Will Do

Reporting:

• Weekly Reporting & Updates (Weekly overview, Store ranking, CM report, Pending HWHJ follow-up). 
  Showroom prep. 
• Update reports for bi-weekly and monthly calls with country merch and key stores for sales review and action plans.

Caravans:

• Coordinate stock transfers following our validated stock assortment & animation format

Operations:

• Preparation of High-End category campaigns. 
• Coordination of watch orders & follow-up with Supply Chain. 
• Coordination of non-selling tools – Packaging, trunks, certificates, props. 
• Store & Client enquiries and activate stock transfers with Supply Chain. 
• Assist in stocks coordination for Pop-ups, Store Openings, Upgrade & ad-hoc activations.

Required Skills and Abilities

For the Merchandising intern, we are looking for someone who has interest in fashion, speaks well, has good knowledge with Microsoft office software as he/she will needs to assist in presentation slides and reports, an outgoing personality since he/she will be attached to the merchandising department and will be given the opportunity to constantly liaise with the rest of the departments.

Employment Type: Internship, Full Time (6 Months)
