What You Will Do

The internship will focus on working on our e-commerce business and corresponding digital activations across different channels. This will give the candidate a broad exposure to the key ingredients of running a successful ecommerce business and a view into the complexities of making it work.

There will be an opportunity to work across all spectrums of an e-comm business right from inventory planning and forecasting to planning marketing and media.

Additionally, will need to perform data analysis of different types of e-comm data and provide insights to run a data led business. 

Required Skills and Abilities

Education / Certifications:

  • Undergraduate of Business-related program within the specialization of Marketing and/or Data Analytics.
  • Amenable to do full-time internship for minimum of 3 months. 

Job Specific Requirements:

  • Understand the different factors that affect e-com business using the MDLZ “flywheel” framework and help work across each part of the flywheel to optimize business.
  • Work with multiple market e-com leads to build up assortment lists and work with agency, retail platforms to build up the catalogue.
  • Work with the marketing and media teams to understand the activation processes and metrics that go into running effective e-commerce media.
  • Perform data analysis of data around activities such as paid search, inventory.
  • Participate in discussions around building up the strategy for opening up new channels and identifying whitespaces to grow e-commerce.
  • Perform market research on new and emerging opportunities to grow the e-commerce business.
  • Digital shelf management to effectively track, work with the agencies to optimize our SEO and SEM on platforms.
