The Programme

Learning Objectives:

• Assist with market scan of competitors' landscape.
• Analysis of customer's needs through research and market survey.
• Automating reporting for ongoing projects. 

Job Description: 

• To support campaigns rollout and post campaign analysis for accounts, collections and payments.
• To support remediation efforts (where necessary) to ensure high data quality.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Able to conduct independent research for a thoughtful analysis.
• Comfortable with Excel to automate reporting processes.
• To understand the SME banking landscape.
• Identify problem statements of SME customers and how to bridge the gap to increase market share.
• Microsoft Office Applications.
• Basic Data Analytics.
