Learning Objectives:

To have an overview of a relationship manager's role in areas such as customer engagement, product cross-sell and credit underwriting

Job Description: 

• To assist the business units with monthly reports to the department's management.
• To assist with and participate in projects assigned by the business units on an ad-hoc basis. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Team player who is driven, pro-active and has a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing and comfortable to manage multiple projects.
• Domain knowledge or prior experience in banking, finance, relationship management or credit would be an advantage.
