Internship-Group Human Resources-HR Business Partnering - August-December 2023

What You Will Do

• Support HR Business Partners in HR related functions/initiatives such as policy and process alignments, performance management and other HR initiative/programmes. 
• Support HR BPs in following up on Employee Queries and Project Related work related to consolidation and presentation. 
• Assist HR BPs in data gathering and analysis related to HR initiatives & projects 
• Assist HR BPs in the HR Operations and day-to-day support for HR BP related Operational matters.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Undergraduate/ Postgraduate from all disciplines is welcome. 
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Fluent in Microsoft Office 365 Tools. 
• Confident to develop Excel report and template; able to use Macros is a plus. 
• Detail-minded, organized, energetic, proactive and fast learning.
