What You Will Do

• Assist the Sales Qualification and After Sales Qualification Managers with various projects and tasks.
• Support initiatives related to People Excellence, Sales Qualification, and After Sales Qualification, including regional product and brand training, skills training, staff certification, and related change management efforts.
• Monitor training KPIs, generate monthly KPI reports on training success, and facilitate communication with local market trainers.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Study in Business Management, Sales, and Marketing or relevant other studies.
• Past internship experience preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Open-minded, organized, analytical, and quality oriented, able to work independently and prioritize.
• Team-oriented and possesses a good intercultural understanding.
