Accident and Health Claims Intern

The Programme

Individual will be accountable and responsible for:

• Process simple AH claims (including PRUSafe products by Pulse).
• Data entry of claims data into the system.
• Attend to simple AH email queries.
• Support claims registration (if required).
• Bills authentication with medical institutions.
• Clinical search.
• Administrative support related to claims adjudication.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Individuals with insurance knowledge or experience would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate, evaluate and reach an appropriate decision.
• Customer-centric with ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Team player.
