Business Analyst Intern - Regional BI & Planning - Spring 2025

The Programme

The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations.

As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Our end-to-end data solution reduces the gap between the business teams and technical teams and achieves real ‘intelligence’ in the iteration cycle.  

About the Team:

Regional Business Intelligence & Planning department supports the Group President by providing actionable insights on the e-Commerce and fintech landscape.

We collaborate with various teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the overall market which helps to inform strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do

• Study market reports, analyze trends, and identify key insights in APAC as well as global e-Commerce industry. 
• Assist with documenting and maintaining key reporting dashboards.
• Undertake project-based analysis into selected topics or countries of interest.
• Work closely with local and regional teams to streamline data collection and insights generation. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business or Finance or Economics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate clearly in written and spoken English.

Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).

Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply.
