Data Analyst Intern - BPM - Regional Operations - Fall 2024

The Programme

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.  

The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

What You Will Do

• Facilitate the team in requirements management, system support and release management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, propose product solutions.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders and conduct necessary testing to ensure the smooth delivery of the product solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to support feature prioritization and track post-launch performance. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in any related discipline.
• Ability to break down complex problems into small actionable, draw insights from complex data, and design practical and scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with change in a dynamic environment. 

Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).

Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply.
