The Programme

The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region.

The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence.  

What You Will Do

• Support the team in various marketing initiatives and optimize performance based on data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate Stock-Keeping Units (SKUs) and vouchers nomination process using campaign management tool.
• Process seller sign-ups for various programs, ensure sufficient participation before deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign nominations to ensure sufficient exposure for cross border sellers and products.
• Analyze cross border campaign performances, develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures and provide recommendations on campaign improvements. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with majors in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or other relevant fields.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Data driven and attentive to details.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team-player, and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
