The Programme

Our Marketing teams conceptualize and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility.  

The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement.  

The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users.  

Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localize and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. 

What You Will Do

  • Conduct game and features performance tracking; monitor and evaluate product launch performance. 
  • Generate ideas for product improvement.
  • Assist in game and features release coordination, including the development of feature decks and setting guidelines, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), budgeting, and preparing of market launch plans.
  • Conduct AB testing coordination.
  • Analyse trends to find best practices and drive efficiencies for the games business.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline.
  • Keen sense of logic to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
  • Performance driven, detailed-oriented and a team player.
  • Independent problem solver with a strong sense of ownership. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with Shopee Games is a plus.   

Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).

Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply.
