Intern -Digital International- Digital Experience - Summer 2024

What You Will Do

You will be working closely with the Digital Experience team to assist with the migration and revamp of various systems as assigned. 
 
Responsibilities

• Assist regression testing for applications during UAT/go-live preparation. 
• Coordinate and track project matrixes and follow up with action parties. 
• Update WIKI systems used in the day-to-day operation and capture technical/process notes. 
• Assist in provisioning/troubleshooting user access to business users who need access via iGrow 
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or any other related disciplines. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task. 
• Ability to run regression testing or have experience doing so in school projects. 
• Any background in website/app creation using content management tools is a bonus.
