Intern -Digital International- Lodging Systems

The Programme

You will be assisting the Lodging Systems team in the upcoming hospitality and lodging projects. 

What You Will Do

• Assist in requirement-gathering sessions, including user journey mapping, and facilitating workshops.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders of CapitaLand such as vendors and business users.
• Support IT project managers in project delivery and/or vendor management.
• Be involved in systems implementations such as user access matrix, periodic reviews, support meetings, technology evaluation, and assessments.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, or any other related disciplines.
• Adept in project planning.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong UI/UX and creative design skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
