The Programme

You will be working closely with the Retail & Workspace Systems Product team in gathering user requirements, brainstorming, design thinking workshop, documentation, Technical Research and Analysis and involve in user acceptance testing. 

What You Will Do

• Assist the Product Team gathering user requirements, brainstorming, design thinking workshop, documentation, Technical Research and Analysis and involve in user acceptance testing. 
• Implement enhancements in response to the business unit’s request. 
• Conduct UAT and user acceptance testing for ongoing enhancements and new system launches. 
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.   

Required Skills and Abilities

• Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or any other related disciplines. 
• Proficient with Adobe XD, Azure Cloud Services or equivalent software. 
• Experience with Figma and Mix panel is a plus. 
• Collaborative team player with good communication skills. 
• Possesses strong logical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail. 
• Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing tasks.
