What You Will Do

• Update daily cashflows. 
• Prepare quarterly shareholder loan interest rate notice. 
• Monitor loan/bond interest payment for interest advice and to update in SAP TRM. 
• Prepare emails on daily rates and update records accordingly. 
• Extract Bloomberg figures for quarterly closing to compute mark-to-market values. 
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Preferred studies in Real Estate, Accountancy, or any other related disciplines. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 
• Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately. 
• Detail-oriented and meticulous. 
• Knowledge of how to use the Bloomberg terminal will be advantageous.
