Intern - HR Business Partnering

The Programme

You will be supporting the HR Business Partnering team in new initiatives and projects. 

What You Will Do 

• Assist in the analysis of HR data and preparation of related presentation decks or reports.
• Assist in preparatory work for staff movements and other HR reports (e.g. headcount files and organization charts).
• Support the team in recruitment activities (e.g. screening of job applicants, sharing profiles, etc.)
• Support the organization of staff engagement and teambuilding events.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Preferred studies in Human Resource, or related disciplines.
• Good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to deliver work on time and accurately.
