Intern - HR Business Partnering

The Programme

You will be joining the People Operations team to support the recruitment process for interns, and in general HR administrative work.

What You Will Do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment of interns. 
• Work closely with schools and businesses on internship matters. 
• Be the HR point-of-contact for interns and assist with queries and internship administration matters. 
• Work closely with HR Shared Services to facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes. 
• Assist in special projects when required, such as process improvement initiatives and coordination of business continuity plans. 
• Assist in HR data analysis, reporting, and preparation of presentation decks. 
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently studying for a Diploma in Human Resource or any other related disciplines. 
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
• Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately. 
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
