Intern - Investment & Portfolio Management - Property

The Programme

You will assist the Investment & Portfolio Management team with data analysis and reporting, including annual report, AGM and business update for the April period, as well as research and other REITs ad-hoc activities.

What You Will Do

• Assist in data analysis of property operations, asset performance tracking and REIT reporting. 
• Provide assistance in management reporting. 
• Conduct market research on SREIT and macroeconomic development. 
• Support in AGM logistics. 
• Perform other ad-hoc projects.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Preferred studies in Real Estate, Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
• Able to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately. 
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
