Intern - Investor Relations - Off-cycle Jul-Dec 2024

What You Will Do 

• Perform various research to support the team in developing content for investor presentation materials.
• Assist in the preparation of investor profiles ahead of investor meetings.
• Provide miscellaneous event-related support in the preparation for Investor Day and all other events organized by the Investor Relations department.
• Assist the team in developing content for various internal materials including research, daily market updates, peer studies, and ad-hoc information requests from other departments.
• Support with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or any other related disciplines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Well-organized and able to multi-task.
• Possess a basic level understanding of real estate, finance or accounting.
