Intern - Operations - Property - Westgate

What You Will Do 

• Be involved in minor A/A works which could include the calling of quotations to the execution of the A/A works. 
• Be involved in the management and documentation of the ISO/EHS requirements, as well as contractor management. 
• Assist in facilities management such as the handling of various term contractors and the overview of the Building Management System. 
• Engage in tenancy management such as the taking and handing over of shop units, reviewing of tenancy design and fitting out works (Based on Platinum Green Mark requirements). 
• Understand the operations of Main MCST and Sub-MCST (Structure of Management Corporations (Strata Title Act). 
• Support operations as assigned by the Operation Manager.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Preferred studies in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, Facilities Management, Integrated Facility Management or related disciplines. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
• Able to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately. 
• Ability to work well with both a team and independently. 
• Passionate in learning and growing in the retail field. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
