The Programme

You will be working closely with the Strategic Planning team and will assist with administrative and reporting duties.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the ideation stage in strategic planning. 
  • Perform gap analysis or benchmarking on the regulatory requirements and developments. 
  • Support periodic REITs compliance reporting and conduct compliance reviews and/or checks. 
  • Work closely with the Internal Audit department and support in the tracking of internal audit related matters and reporting. 
  • Prepare communication slides to educate staff members on regulatory requirements or internal control framework which the management has put in place. 
  • Conduct and facilitate regular management meetings, minutes of meeting, agenda etc. 
  • Research on trends and potential new channels and strategies in the Retail and Workspace. 
  • Support in the planning and executing of management retreats and events. 
  • Carry out ad-hoc research for effective management reporting, analysis and decision making 
  • Curate the management bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting. 
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on reporting requirements. 
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Currently studying for an undergraduate degree in Business, Real Estate, or related disciplines 
  • Able to commit full-time from January to June 2024. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Meticulous and detail oriented. 
  • Adaptable and independent. 
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be advantageous.
