Summer Internship 2024 - Data Management

What You Will Do

• To support the data team in implementing data improvement cycle and engaging with the business lines.
• To support the data team in visualization of reports (PowerBI) within snowflake to allow for error identification and classification.
• To assist in implementing processes to tackle erroneous data and implement processes to mitigate errors with sustainability in mind. (PowerApps)
• To assist in one off data cleansing efforts for raw data errors.
• To assist in implementing a monitoring system to track data quality systematically, as well as ensuring the implemented processes are adhered to.
• To drive user adoption of reports and data cleansing related processes.
• Data cleansing, mapping and preparation for visualization (PowerBI) to allow error identification.
• Classifying errors into systematic errors vs raw data entry errors.
• Implement processes to tackle systematic errors as part of overall data cleansing efforts. (PowerApps)
• Monitoring of implemented processes to ensure adherence to data policy.
• To assist in implementing a monitoring system to track data quality systematically, as well as ensuring the implemented processes are adhered to. 
• To drive user adoption of reports and data cleansing related processes.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must have existing work authorization to work in Singapore.
• Current undergraduate with a strong desire to work in the commercial real estate industry.
• Excellent written and oral skills.
• Experience with all MS office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint. PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps are a big plus.
• Willing to work in a highly collaborative environment, managing multiple competing priorities.
