Retail Commercial Analyst Intern - Business

The Programme

Division: SG Luxury Division. 
Job Title: Retail Commercial Analyst Intern.    

About the Role:

This role sits within the Commercial team and provides support for the team in achieving NR and Sellout targets by ensuring seamless operations both on the sales floor, and at Coty backend.  

This role will require the candidate to be skilled in Microsoft excel / PowerPoint applications. 

What You Will Do

• Following up on delivery fulfilment, errors on ordering codes.
• Maintain a clean set of data with retailers, updating them on price changes/ code changes.
• Creation and submission of new sell in forms. 
• Maintain daily sales data.
• Sell-out analysis. 
• Updates and maintains animation tracker for P&L analysis.
• Ensure all GWPs & testers are delivered on time to our retail partner.
• Upkeep Coty’s brand and product page on retail partner’s site.
• Work with retail partner to launch newness on-site and in store.
• Maintain brand planogram with retail partner.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

• Understanding of the luxury beauty landscape. 
• Sell out / Sell in. 
• Retail operations.  

Required Skills and Abilities

• Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul 24 to Dec 24) for a full-time internship.
• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
• Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
• Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
• Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
• Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
• Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
