2024 Deutsche Bank Graduate Outreach for Women (GROW) Programme

AI Job Summary

Event Description:

At Deutsche Bank, we’re building the bank of the future and we believe that welcoming and supporting the most diverse workforce is the key to our success.

We pride ourselves on being an inclusive workplace where talent is recognised and ambition rewarded. Our Graduate Outreach for Women (GROW) programme will show women wondering what Deutsche Bank is really like, that our culture is one you’ll thrive in and, one based on merit.

Through this programme, we will provide you with the opportunity to speak to senior leaders and recent graduates as you learn about the opportunities we offer across the bank. You can also look forward to learning more about the banking sector, our divisions, and participate in an interactive banking simulation. We also offer you workshops to develop your professional and personal skills, ranging from personal branding to networking. Interactive play workshops will also be included, where you will get to discover more about yourself and your potential. We will end off the programme with panel sessions, networking sessions, and mentoring sessions, allowing you to interact closely with our senior managers and hear first-hand on what Deutsche Bank has to offer, while receiving advice on applications and how to stand out.

High-performing candidates may also be invited for early applications for our 2025 Summer Internship Programme.

This is your chance to be a part of transforming one of the most influential names in the finance world.
