Your first 12 weeks
You will get hands-on with IT service management, cloud, Python, Linux, DevOps tooling, IT security, and AI integrations. You will learn how incidents are triaged, how service pipelines move, and how operations teams keep platforms available.
Roles you could move into
- Site Reliability Engineer: help keep large systems stable, fast, and available.
- Network Engineer: support the networks that move data between systems, teams, and customers.
- IT Operations Analyst: monitor incidents, spot patterns, and help stop repeat issues.
- Application Support Analyst: investigate problems in live applications and help users keep working.
- Service Analyst: support service processes, tickets, reporting, and turnaround times.
- Production Support Analyst: troubleshoot live issues and help protect critical systems.
Where it leads: as you build experience, you could move into more senior technical roles such as site reliability engineer, DevOps engineer, or cloud engineer.
