Innovation Strategy Intern - Administration

The Programme

We are looking for an intern to assist APAC Strategy & Portfolio Management team in driving innovation strategy and innovation strategy for GSK consumer health.  
 
The intern will work under supervision of the APAC Innovation Lead and collaborate with APAC BUs as well as other functions of commercial, insights, R&D & etc. in the company to provide appropriate and timely input into our innovation strategy and projects.

What You Will Do

Multi-BU innovation projects executions:

• Support APAC Innovation Lead in driving multi-BU projects. 
• Coordinate with BU/R&D on implementation and progress of key projects.

Data analysis:

• Data collection and analysis to support the 3-1 plan and quarterly region portfolio review. 
• Support APAC innovation lead to optimize current region innovation management system (data analysis and report) to drive highly efficient /agile work. 
• Post-launch review analysis and insights generation.

Key strategic projects:

• Support Innovation led to co-working with BUs on the execution of key strategic projects.

Required Skills and Abilities

We are looking for students who have these business skills & competencies:

• Educational background –studying business administration or management or marketing. 
• Fluency in English. 
• Strong written and oral communication skills 
• Deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment. 
• Awareness and ability to work within culturally diverse teams. 
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, and problem-solve. 
• Strong drive for performance and attention to details. 
• A keen interest in consumer healthcare science, product and development, and a passion for knowledge.
