The Programme

Driving digital acceleration across the organization.  
 
The intern will be working in the eCommerce and Digital analytics function in Southeast Asia and Taiwan Markets Regional team to support on the regional projects such as competitive benchmarking, digital content update, measuring marketing effectiveness, etc.  
 
The intern will get visibility about digital and eCommerce landscape across the 7 local markets that make up the Southeast Asia and Taiwan business unit. There will also be a lot of cross collaboration with other functions such as local eCommerce team, marketing teams and insights teams to drive digital ambition of the organization. 
 
Period of Internship Required: Jan 2024 – June 2024 
 
You will be required to:

  • Help Haleon lead the Social Influencer marketing & Social commerce. Identify key drivers to win in this space and help to build capability in this space. 
  • Work with Area Dcom Lead to help lay down Haleon Strategy on how to win in Dcom ahead of category in Oral Health & Vitamins Supplements 
    • Competitive benchmarking and generate insights to identify opportunities across brands and markets esp. on innovation/consumer needs state. 
    • Work with other functions esp. supply chain, R&D & Innovation to help identify options of route of supply, MOQs. 
    • Compile best practices playbooks on eCommerce and conduct knowledge sharing sessions with local markets. 
  • Provide data analysis support required in development of regional eCommerce strategy. 
  • Maintain monthly ecommerce performance report and other ad-hoc reporting requests. 
  • Track local market performance to ensure that targets and plans are met.

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Business, Marketing, Data Analytics and Management.
