The Programme

Haleon has rolled out a new global programme called the Repeatable Growth Model (RGM) aimed at codifying a repeatable path to drive growth across our business.  
 
The model focuses on a disciplined approach to ‘Drive Penetration’ for our brands by focusing on clear fact based ‘Where to Play’ choices & prioritizing the ‘How to Win’ levers. 
 
We are looking for an intern who can assist the RGM workstream leader with on select bespoke analyses within RGM workstreams RGM (e.g.: conducting literary research on catg evolution, assessing key innovation trends in the catg/market, assessing health care infrastructure in the catg/mkt, analyzing historical brand communication in the catg/mkt, etc.) 
 
Period of Internship Required: 6 months (Jan 2024 – June 2024). 
 
You will be required to:

  • You will be required to assist with literary research on below bespoke analyses: 
  • Help assess catg landscape & evolution for the concerned catg across diff markets. 
  • Compile & do 1st cut analysis on brand communication in the mkt for last 5-6 years. 
  • Compile & do 1st cut analysis on key innovation trends in the market. 
  • Assess the health care infra & landscape in the respective catg/market. 
  • Compile & do 1st cut analysis on the assortment on online platforms. 
  • Help summarize the above in succinct power point slides.

Required Skills and Abilities

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Business.
