Function and Duties

Maritime Workforce Analytics Support

  • Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing workforce data related to maritime and regional business functions, including talent retention, employee engagement, internal mobility, succession planning, and diversity metrics.
  • Support the creation of reports and dashboards that provide insights into workforce trends and talent health across the organization.
  • Contribute to workforce planning initiatives by analyzing talent data to support business continuity and future workforce requirements within a global shipping environment.

Talent Development Analytics

  • Support the tracking and analysis of participation, effectiveness, and outcomes of regional Talent Development Programs.
  • Assist in identifying trends and opportunities to strengthen talent pipelines supporting maritime business functions.

Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Support research and data analysis related to succession planning, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing insights and reports that support strategic workforce decisions across the region.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Analytics

  • Analyze employee demographic and engagement data to support DEI initiatives and workforce diversity objectives.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and communications materials to promote employee participation and awareness.
