What to expect? 

Global Functions at HSBC comprises a number of teams that, together play a vital role in supporting the bank’s Global Businesses. We are hiring graduates into Internal Audit and this business area provides an independent, objective assessment of HSBC’s risk management, control and governance processes. This enables management and risk and audit committees to understand whether they are operating effectively.

By joining our Graduate programme in Internal Audit Team, you will be expected to:

• Support global and regional audits across the bank, leveraging business knowledge, a risk and controls mindset and advanced data analytics / data science capabilities; and
• Participate in global and regional projects designed to help the function achieve its strategic objectives.

Who can apply?

To be eligible, you must be a final year undergraduate or recent graduate from any discipline with availability to work full time from October 2023 onwards. Candidates with a good academic standing of at least second-class honors degree or above are preferred.

You must possess:  

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Good learning attitude and able to work with multiple stakeholders;
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluency in English
• The legal right to work in Singapore
