Our Group Infrastructure teams are the foundation of HSBC, providing essential support across technology, operations and key central business services for our global businesses and functions. We play a vital role in driving great experiences for customers and colleagues and enabling the bank's strategy. Global Internal Audit helps the board and Group Operating Committee to protect the assets, reputation and long-term financial sustainability of HSBC.

What you'll do

Here's a taste of what you'll work on:

• Support global and regional audits across the bank, leveraging business knowledge, a risk and controls mindset and advanced data science / AI capabilities.
• Participate in global and regional projects across GIA designed to help the function achieve its strategic priorities.

This is a structured 24-month programme designed to accelerate your career and give you broad exposure to HSBC's Group Infrastructure function. You'll gain the technical knowledge and professional skills you need to thrive.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time from July 2026 onwards
• Obtained, or expected to achieve, a GPA of at least 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (as appears on your official university transcript or degree certificate), or an overseas equivalent to this
• Recent graduates with less than 2 years of full-time job experience or who will have graduated by July 2026
• Fluent in English
