What You'll Do

Here's a taste of what you'll work on:

  • Rotate across Enterprise Talent, Learning, Performance & Rewards, People Operations, ER Advisory & Consultancy teams along with key business/infrastructure teams.
  • Support projects and BAU activities to improve people processes, policies, and colleague experience.
  • Analyse data and feedback to identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and track outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business/infrastructure teams to understand needs and deliver practical solutions. Demonstrate commerciality and business acumen.
  • Contribute to meetings, workshops, and change initiatives, challenging constructively and supporting implementation.
  • Act as a People brand ambassador, supporting engagement, inclusion, and culture campaigns.

Requirements

  • Available to work full-time from July 2026 onwards
  • Obtained, or expected to achieve, a GPA of at least 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (as appears on your official university transcript or degree certificate), or an overseas equivalent to this
  • Recent graduates with less than 2 years of full-time job experience or who will have graduated by July 2026
  • Fluent in English
