Internship - Quality Management - Digitalization

The Programme

The student will work independently or as a team with support from experts for QM Digitalization projects (QUALYTICS: QUALITY MANAGEMENT ANALYTICS) and automating department reporting. 

In your new role you will:

• Perform data analysis and/or engineering for improving work processes using AI tools.
• Automate reporting and develop interactive cockpit/dashboard using Tableau.
• Manage Customer Qualytics User Guide.
• Design and implement activities relating to quality: Quality Day Program. 

Internship learning outcomes:

• Understand Infineon Customer Quality Management processes in semiconductor company environment.
• Develop project management skills through contributing to improving activities/projects.
• Develop teamwork with various stakeholders worldwide.
• Apart from the theory, it gives you exposure to in depth learning of Tableau, Python to produce data visualization, and develops skill to develop machine learning algorithm to fit into situation needed.
• Think out of the box: Learn to work around these constraints and constantly seek out alternative solutions or reshape an idea in order to drive a project forward. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• On track to attain Diploma/Bachelor degree in Data Science, AI solution, AI & Robotics.
• Good analytical skills and able to work with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in Python programming, Tableau software and web publishing.
• Able to implement RPA into processes is an added advantage.
• Expose to Camtasia or Adobe Presenter is an advantage.
• Candidates who can commit to a shorter/longer duration are welcome to apply.
• Pro-active mindset and initiate self-learning to acquire new IT skills.   

This is a 6–12-month internship opportunity.
