Internship - Real Estate & Facilities Interior Designer - Engineering

The Programme

The student, as part of the FM team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor from FM project team, will assist / undertake projects pertain to the renovation / interior design. 

In your new role you will:

• Good opportunity to implement new ideas. 
• Great exposure to mingle with people who are technically skilled. 
• Report to the project team and assist them in managing small scale projects. 
• Need to provide technical support especially on interior design / architecture / renovation.  

Internship learning outcomes:

• Learn project management skills. 
• Able to Implement design skills and apply the knowledge in practical. 
• Collaborate with various stakeholders/departments with different disciplines. 
• Learn high-level project reporting and a structured way of handling projects. 
• Have a chance to learn on FM operations as an additional knowledge.  

Required Skills and Abilities

• On track to attain a Diploma or Bachelor in Interior Design/Electrical & Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering with a positive mindset.
• Studied Physics or Engineering related subjects in G.C.E."O level" or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good and positive attitude.
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet timeline.
• Willing to learn and interact with people.
