The Programme

The Alpha Investment Partners Limited is the real estate private equity arm of Keppel Capital that aims to add value for investors by seeking innovative solutions throughout its investment process.   

This role will be in the investment teams looking at acquisitions of real estate assets.

The intern will be responsible in the following:

• Assist in real estate market research. 
• Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis. 
• Assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.

Learning Outcomes:

• Acquire knowledge of real estate markets. 
• Understand key factors in evaluating real estate investments. 
• Develop analytical skills and financial modeling skills.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Independent, diligent and takes initiative at work. 
• Strong Analytical Skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
