As the Communications intern, expect to learn quickly on your feet, write daily and engage with stakeholders through various channels.

You may also be supporting cross functional work with thought leaders and experts to devise communications materials and campaigns. Be prepared to write on a variety of topics and to be comfortable communicating across different platforms.

This role reports into the Communications Team in Clients & Markets. 

As an intern, you will be supporting the team with various tasks including but not limited to:

  • Create multimodal communications materials for internal messaging and cultural change which can range from written stories to multimedia content.
  • Support communications-focused events: e.g. town halls.
  • Support the crafting and reviewing of thought leadership materials. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • A motivated and enthusiastic individual currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, English, Literature, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your writing style to different topics and audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research, conceptualize ideas, and create compelling narratives.
  • Knowledge of digital content creation and proficiency in relevant software is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and a sense of urgency.
  • Proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different teams and departments.
