The Programme 

This opportunity is for students available for a full-time internship for 6 months only. 
 
Reporting to the Talent Manager ASEAN, you’ll be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. You will be exposed to real projects with key deliverables, which adds value and impact to the organization. 
 
We will provide you with the chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results. At this internship, our projects will deliver leading edge deep understanding in areas such as employee engagement, strengthening talent bench, diversity & inclusion, training and development. 
 
This role will prepare the incumbents for a career in industry and the learning opportunity is extensive limited only by the candidates’ eagerness to upskill. 
 
Projects to lead: 

  • Automation of reports. 
  • Race & Ethnicity story – celebration of culture. 
  • Engagement. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Recognized Degree in Business with majors in Human Resources, Organizational Development and / or Psychology, Analytics or Statistics and with a clear intent to establish a career in this field. 
  • Knowledgeable in reporting tools like PowerBI. 
  • Microsoft Office literacy essential (strong excel skills in data compilation, pivot table and power point presentation, etc.). 
  • Organized, analytical, creative and action oriented.
