We are looking for Interns and Graduates who have a desire to learn, progress their careers and believe in becoming the leaders of tomorrow.

Who we are looking for:

• Interns must be studying in one of the above disciplines
• Graduates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (graduation date from 2021 onwards) in one of the above disciplines
• A dedication to promoting safe work practices
• Intermediate / advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerBI preferred but not essential)
• Eligibility to work in the relevant country
• An enthusiastic approach to work with an eagerness to adapt to a new way of thinking
• Coding experience desirable
• Programming language experience desirable (Python preferred).

The Graduate Program 2023

Rio Tinto’s graduate program gives you the tools and the skills to innovate and invent – to pioneer progress for you and for us. It is designed to launch your career and prepare you for leadership roles.

The Intern Program 2023

Our Intern program provides you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, apply skills to real-life projects, and get a taste of life at Rio Tinto. Our aim is for Interns to:

• Build exposure to real-life projects and apply technical skills.
• Build strong relationship through networking opportunities with industry professionals.
