APAC is one of the strategic growth areas of RWEST and over the past couple of years, RWEST’s presence in the region has rapidly expanded with presence in 5 Asian countries (Singapore, China, Japan, India, and Indonesia) and a new planned entity in Australia. To support the growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join the APAC HR team. This role will be based in Singapore.

As an HR Advisor, you will play an integral role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes. You will work closely with the HR teams both locally and globally and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.  
 

Your responsibilities 

  • Organise and update HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness and confidentiality of employee information. 
  • Become the expert user of SAP within the team, delivering timely reports and ensuring data integrity.  
  • Be the first responder to employee inquiries, offering them prompt and accurate information, and when needed, connecting them to the HR point person for resolution.
  • Independently handle Singapore work pass applications and renewals, and coordinate with visa vendors in other locations for a smooth and efficient process for our employees.
  • Support HR Business Partner in the execution of Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) processes while consistently striving to deliver an outstanding employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Efficiently manage employment contracts, employee letters and other HR-related document requests.
  • Provide support to team in managing payroll and benefits administration during peak times and absences. 
  • Collaborate with extended HR teams to continuously improve HR processes and effectiveness of the HR systems.
  • Coordinate with Finance on the processing of invoices from HR vendors.
  • Support in organization of employees events and campaigns. 
  • Assist in other HR tasks as needed.

Your profile 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to think creatively, be innovative and proactively identify workable, practical solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced HR environment, with the ability to prioritise and organise work effectively.
  • Flexible in approach to work, with demonstrable capacity for adapting to challenging and changing work and deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and HR information systems (SAP is preferred).
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws, regulations, and best practices is beneficial.
