What You Will Do

Assist in the day-to-day AR function activities:

• Park AR Invoice in the SAP system.
• Perform Daily cashflow reporting.
• Receipts Application in the SAP system.
• Assist in Customer Credit collection.
• Any other duties assigned. 

Assist in Program Genesis, migration activities for S4 Singapore entities under FSS, coverage of around 40+ entities for AP, AR and GL transactions:

• Reconciliation of migration data of old SAP ECC -> new SAP S4 -> Consol system.
• Identify and document recon issues and missing / error mapping during the reconciliation.
• Follow through recon issues, re-mapping of data, re-test and closure. 

Migration data including:

• Chart of Accounts.
• Profit Centre.
• Cost Centre.
• Vendor / Customer master.
• Fixed Assets Master.
• WBS.
• Internal Order.
• COPA dimensions.
• Open items balances.
• GL balances.
• Bank Keys. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Finance and Accountancy – Accounting standards, basic Finance processes; and/or Information Systems, Digital, Data & Analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio.
• Software/application skills e.g. data blending/query tools.
