The Programme

Our Marketing teams conceptualize and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility.

The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement.

The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users.

Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localize and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market.  

What You Will Do

  • Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other long-tail affiliates as part of the Shopee Ambassador Programme.
  • Explore new trends, initiatives, and special pushes to encourage user-generated content from KOLs to achieve the team goals.
  • Track and analyze the performance of existing affiliate channels through a data-driven approach, and consequently optimize and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Ideate new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns, and support the execution of platform and brand campaigns. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree qualification in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work independently, pay attention to details, and good with both verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach, with good knowledge of Excel.
  • Self-starter, fast learner and a team player.
  • Experience with KOL/influencer marketing, social media marketing, or in marketing agency is a plus.
