The Programme

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic.

The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.  

The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

What You Will Do

• Gather data and prioritize initiatives to sellers to drive execution of both operational and commercial initiatives rollout to sellers.
• Design and improve internal process, subsequent review of seller facing teams.
• Review and facilitate seller segmentation framework.
• Conduct basic data analysis and project management for ad-hoc projects and proof of concepts. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• SQL and Python are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and self-driven.
• Relevant experience with project management will be advantageous. 

Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).

Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply.
