About the Team:

Our SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) team is driven by a clear mission: to enhance system availability and scalability. By blending the expertise of software development and system operations, we are uniquely positioned to tackle the challenges of maintaining large-scale distributed systems.

Our goal is to construct a robust e-commerce infrastructure that can seamlessly handle the demands of a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Furthermore, we are dedicated to creating an efficient SRE ecosystem that optimizes every aspect of our operations, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for our users.

What You Will Do

• Learn and experience the mechanism of large-scale distributed systems.
• Learn and experience the essence of maintaining availability and scalability of platform products.
• Learn and experience chaos engineering in action.
• Design and develop workflows to enrich our AI-empowered knowledge base.
• Design and develop modules to improve operation efficiency and sustainability.
• Design and develop modules to facilitate capacity planning.
• Participate and facilitate in chaos testing experiments.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Extensive and hands-on knowledge of the Linux operating system (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).
• Knowledge of Computer Networks (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.), Computer Organizations, and OS.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the programming languages: Bash, Python, Go.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in difficult and stressful situations.
• Passion and a high sense of responsibility for work.
• Fast learning ability and a good team player.
• Detailed-oriented, cautious, and prudent.
• Passionate about technical operations of internet products, Linux OS, and OpenSource.
