Software Engineer Intern

The Programme

Thales Singapore Engineering Competence Centre (ECC) is a well-established R&D and engineering center serving major customers worldwide in Digital Identity and Security domains ranging from mobile connectivity, IoT, banking & payment to government solutions.

As part of ECC, the Product Engineering team is responsible for defining and improving the industrialization process for new products and ensuring the delivery of deployable solutions for mass production.

Mission:

• Improve Product delivery efficiency through Validation Automation, Monitoring and Continuous Delivery.
• Participate in securing our development through secure coding monitoring and fixing the vulnerabilities.
• Present and demo the implemented features or improvements done. 

Required Skills and Abilities

Pre-Requisites:

• Skilled in Java or C#.
• Knowledge in application development and testing.
• Proactive, dynamic and curious to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Full time university interns are preferred (6 months).

Technologies:

• Language: Java or C#.
• Techno's: Cucumber Framework, AutoIT.
• Tools: Jenkins, Static Source Code Analysis Tool, SonarQube. 

At the end of your internship, you will have the exposure to continuous automation delivery, validation tools, security scan tool and some basics on OWASP top 10.
